Moody's (NYSE:MCO) continues to fall premarket (-11.7%) after Berkshire Hathaway's (NYSE:BRK.A) disclosure that it sold 7.99M shares of the ratings company this week. Though Berkshire remains Moody's largest shareholder, the sale reduced its stake by 17%.
