It's quite obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. Tongue in cheek.He will chuckle all the way to the bank with wheelbarrow loads of billion dollar bills while the rest of us search for loose change that may have fallen from his larder.I for one try to read and use what he says. An old saying: "A word to the wise is sufficient". That old man didn't get where he is today by making a bunch of expensive mistakes.
