The CFTC will release a report next month blaming speculators for a spike in oil prices. An earlier report attributed oil price swings primarily to supply and demand, but a CFTC commissioner says the original analysis was based on 'deeply flawed data.'

Ah Heck.. Most of us have been of that opinion for over a year now......... Of course the original report was written under the Bush administration. Need I say More.
