Ford (F +3.8%) will sell $1.75B in three-year notes paying 10.875%. S&P has revised its ratings outlook on Ford upward, because of slowing cash use, but David Kiley at BusinessWeek says in just two years Ford could have $40B in debt on its books - or as much as GM ditched during a month in bankruptcy court.
