Fluor to offer bonds in euros after ECB move

Fluor (NYSE:FLR) is marketing bonds in euros, taking advantage of falling borrowing costs following fresh stimulus measures by the European Central Bank.

According to Bloomberg, the company plans to sell €500M of seven-year notes.

Fluor will use proceeds to pay off debt used for its purchase of Netherlands-based Stork Holding, a deal it finalized earlier this month.
