A sugar tax in the U.K. could increase business for companies that make artificial sweeteners and natural flavorings, observes Reuters.

Companies active in the market include PureCircle (OTCPK:PCRTF), Tate & Lyle (OTCQX:TATYF, OTCQX:TATYY), Ajinomoto (OTC:AJINF, OTCPK:AJINY) Kerry Group (OTCPK:KRYAY, OTCPK:KRYAF), Naturex (OTC:NTUXF, OTC:NTUXY), and Ingredion (NYSE:INGR).
