The chief information officer for Telstra (OTCPK:TLSYY -0.5%) is leaving that post, the third exec to leave since May.

CIO Erez Yarkoni is returning to the U.S. from Australia. He's been CIO for less than two years, and will remain in that role until October.

In the past few months, the company fired its chief technology officer amid resume-falsification allegations, and Chief Operating Officer Kate McKenzie announced a departure after a dozen years there.

Yarkoni had split time between leading Telstra's IT team in Australia with working with global tech teams and partners in the U.S.

After hours: OTCPK:TLSYY +0.2%.
