The dollar is up ahead of an expected rate hike by the Federal Reserve, as political risks from Dutch elections to Britain's exit from the EU weigh on European currencies.

Meanwhile, U.S. stock index futures are down 0.1% as a blizzard bearing down on NYC and the East Coast threatens to cut into trading volumes.

Oil is 0.7% higher at $48.73/bbl, gold is flat at $1203/ounce and the 10-year Treasury yield is up 1 bps to 2.62%.
