The company acquired BISAM from Aquiline Capital Partners and company insiders.
FactSet borrowed $575M in revolving credit for the deal and repayment of existing debt. It's expecting the deal to be accretive by $0.02 to adjusted EPS (and $0.06 to GAAP diluted EPS) for the rest of fiscal 2017.
BISAM has more than 160 employees and annual revenues over $28M, and provides performance and attribution, multi-asset risk, GIPS composites management and reporting.
FactSet will discuss the deal, after a quiet period, in its March 28 earnings call at 11 a.m. ET.
