• Thinly traded nano cap Cryoport (NASDAQ:CYRX -43.5%) slumps on a whopping 85x surge in volume in response to the pricing of its public offering of 5.5M common shares at $2.00. Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 825K shares. Net proceeds of ~$9.9M will be used for general corporate purposes. Closing date is March 31.
