Most of Asia is already recovering from its export-triggered slump, the Asian Development Bank says in a report today. The group now sees China growth at 8.2% this year, 1.2 points above its previous outlook, and 8.9% next year. It also raised its India growth outlook to 6% from 5%, and developing Asian countries to 3.9% from 3.4%.
