It had marketed at $14-$16/share. It's offering 5.5M common shares at that price, for a raise of $77M.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 825,000 more shares at the IPO price.
It will start trading on Nasdaq tomorrow.
Update: Shares opened at $13.25, ~5% lower than the offer price of $14.
