More Ocwen settlements announced

The company will pay $36M to settle a suit relating to restatements of its 2013 and Q1 2014 financial statements.

It's also settled its case against CIT Bank, with CIT agreeing to pay Ocwen (NYSE:OCN) $29.9M over errors in MSRs Ocwen acquired from OneWest Bank (now owned by CIT).

Finally, Ocwen has added Nebraska to the states it's settled with in the April regulatory actions. That brings the total to 22. There are eight regulatory agencies and two state attorneys general still to come to terms with.
