GE discloses SEC probe over insurance actions

Speaking on the earnings call, General Electric (NYSE:GE) CFO Jamie Miller says the SEC is probing the process which led to this month's whopping insurance-related charges.

Miller: "We are cooperating fully with the investigation which is in very early stages."

Shares remain in modest bounce mode following non-horrid Q4 results, up 1.5% on the session.
