Same-store NOI for fiscal 2017 was flat Y/Y.

Portfolio leased rate of 93.2% down from 95% for total portfolio.

Annualized base rent per occupied square foot of $16.46 vs. $15.46 for total portfolio.

Guidance for full-year same-store NOI growth is expected to be 1.5%+.
