Carbon Black reports earnings on Thursday, the first report since the IPO in early May.
The company preannounced Q1 results in its adjusted S-1 filing with non-GAAP operating loss of $11.5M to $12M and revenue from $47.5M to $48M (+33% Y/Y).
Carbon Black shares are up 8.2% to $26.26.
