Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) is down 4.3% premarket following a downgrade to Market Perform from Strong Buy by Raymond James.

Aside from the downgrade, though, the move mirrors the stock's after-hours decline yesterday in the wake of AT&T's win in its antitrust case, an outcome that presages Comcast's full bid for Fox media assets.

While a number of media stocks and potential merger partners jumped in the aftermath of the decision, Comcast and Disney traded lower as they seemed headed toward a bidding war for the Fox assets as well as locking horns for Sky. Premarket: DIS -2.1%; FOX +7.1%; FOXA +7.3%.
