Goldman Sachs fund and Hearst buy Slickdeals from Warburg Pincus

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) and Hearst buy Slickdeals--an online community for sharing, rating, and reviewing deals and coupons in the U.S.---from private equity firm Warburg Pincus.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Slickdeals has 10M monthly active users and was bought by West Street Capital Partners VII--a fund managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division--and media company Hearst. Warburg bought Slickdeals in 2012.
