• Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) announces the final results of its modified Dutch auction tender offer with 72.5M shares of common stock at $67.50/share.
• Aggregate cost amounts to about $5.1B, excluding fees and expenses.
• The purchase amount represents approximately 5.2% of shares outstanding. 
• Qualcomm shares are down 0.2% premarket to $68.
