Digital Ally -2% as stockholders file to sell up to 1.18M shares

Digital Ally (NASDAQ:DGLY) is off 2% after hours, in light trading, after a registration statement filing for sale by shareholders of up to 1.18M shares.

The shares are of common stock underlying various warrants.

Selling shareholders clearing out of their holdings include Brickell Key Investments, Global Equity Funding, Michael Doherty, Royal Roofing, WestPark Capital, Frank Salvatore, Doug Kaiser, Jonathon Bloom, and Brandon Ross. Another holder, Cory Royer, would still hold 47,139 shares (a 0.4% stake) after the offering.
