AMC Entertainment (NYSE:AMC) reports revenue increased 3.6% to $1.22B.
Admissions revenues were flat compared to a year ago at $751M, primarily driven by an 8.6% surge in attendance at U.S. theaters which helepd to offset by a decline in U.S. average ticket price of 6.6% and industry-wide softness in Europe.
Food and beverage revenues increased 6.5% to $385M during the quarter.
AMC's adjusted EBITDA tallyfell 3.4% to $142M during the quarter vs. $138M consensus.
AMC is flat in AH trading.
