The corporate finance department (The Oracle himself?) at Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A, BRK.B) might be thinking rates at the long end of the curve are bottoming out.

The company today is refinancing just shy of $1B of floating rate notes due this month into 30-year fixed paper, according to Bloomberg. The deal is seen pricing at 150-155 basis points above the benchmark.

The 30-year Treasury yield continues at about a one-year low of 2.64%.
