Rent-A-Center sues Vintage Capital right back

Rent-A-Center (RCII +0.5%) files a lawsuit against Vintage Capital in order to recover a $126.5M breakup attached to the merger deal.
The company says it's due the fee because Vintage didn't properly ask to extend its offer past the deadline that was set.
The legal action is a countersuit after Vintage sued Rent-A-Center last month for backing out of the deal.
