Twilio (TWLO +0.9%) closes its SendGrid (NYSE:SEND) acquisition, a deal valued at approximately $3B.
Based on yesterday's Twilio closing price, SendGrid investors will receive approximately $53.99 of aggregate value per share.
SendGrid has now stopped trading on the NYSE.
