MoviePass parent names interim CFO

• Helios & Matheson (OTC:HMNY), the parent of MoviePass, has named Robert Damon its interim chief financial officer, effective today.
• Damon has been working as a consultant for the company for more than a year.
• He replaces Stuart Benson, who resigned to accept another employment opportunity on March 15. That move followed a disclosure where the company said it incorrectly recognized about $5.9M in revenue from suspended subscriptions.
