ChipMOS reports higher March revenue on strong demand

  • The continued strong demand for TDDI along with an uptick in orders for Niche DRAM and Flash product lift March revenue to NT$1.58B up 19.2% M/M or 8.2% from the prior year.
  • Q1 Revenue was NT$4.462B down 10.3% Q/Q due to fewer working days in Q1 and semiconductor chain inventory rebalancing at the start of the new year or up 11.2% from the prior year.
