Hershey expands board to 12

Hershey (NYSE:HSY) announces that UPS Chief Information Officer Juan Perez has been nominated for election to the board.
The Hershey board also nominated the current chairman and all other current members of the Board for re-election.
The Hershey board will have 12 members after the election, of which 11 will be independent directors.
The election will take place at the company’s annual stockholder meeting on May 21.
