NexTech closes acquisition of ecommerce business Infinite Pet Life

  • NexTech (OTCQB:NEXCF +0.8%) has completed its acquisition of Infinite Pet Life for a purchase price of $1.85M.
  • Infinite Pet Life generated $2.2M in revenue and $0.6M of EBITDA in 2018.
  • This transaction positions NexTech to reach a projected $8.2M in consolidated revenue and $1M in EBITDA for 2019 - a significant step toward becoming cash flow positive," said Evan Gappelberg, CEO of NexTech.
