Columbia Property Trust wraps up sale of two building office campus

• Columbia Property (NYSE:CXP -1.3%) sells One and Three Glenlake Parkway, a fully-leased, 711,000 sq.ft. office campus located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket, for $227.5M.
• The company says that now the portfolio is focused in New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., and the company is completing its plans to exit other markets.
