Fidelity National prices notes offerings to finance Worldpay deal

Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE:FIS) reports the pricing of its multi-tranche offerings of senior notes denominated in euros, pounds sterling, and U.S. dollars.

Intends to use net proceeds, together with commercial paper borrowings to finance the cash portion of its pending merger with Worldpay (NYSE:WP).

Offerings are as follows:

€500M ($560M) of floating rate senior notes due 2021;

€500M of 0.125% senior notes due 2021;

€1.25B ($1.61B) of 0.750% senior notes due 2023;

€1.25B of 1.500% senior notes due 2027;

€1.00B of 2.00% senior notes due 2030;

€500M of 2.950% senior notes due 2039;

£625M of 2.602% senior notes due 2025;

£625M of 3.360% senior notes due 2031; and

$1.00B of 3.750% senior notes due 2029.
