Bruker (NASDAQ:BRKR) is off 1.6% postmarket after word that Morgan Stanley is offering a 2M-share block.
Those shares are said to come at $48.50-$49 each, Bloomberg reports, vs. today's closing price of $49.61.
Nine shareholders have a holding of at least 2M shares, Bloomberg notes.
Update: The company says the block sale was authorized by board member Joerg Laukien as part of his retirement planning and portfolio diversification.
