General Mills CFO to retire

General Mills (NYSE:GIS) announces that CFO Don Mulligan will transition to an advisory capacity on February 1, 2020 before retiring on June 1, 2020.

The company names Controller Kofi Bruce as Mulligan's replacement to step into the CFO position on on February 1, 2020.

Mulligan has been with General Mills for 21 years in various finance leadership roles including responsibilities for the international division, technical community and treasurer.
