Also a longtime holder and very pleased with GOOD. I had expected a little bump in the divy after David had said in an early year conference call that 2019 might likely see the first raise in a long time. But, again this is my largest holding and have been extremely pleased along with smaller holdings in GAIN, GLAD, and LAND. And I would rather see continued growth rather than a risky divy increase. Remember they have never missed a divy and have never reduced their divy. GO GOOD!!

I am a new REIT investor and I like reading comments like this, I just started to buy some GOOD because I think the monthly payers make more since to get started. It seems to me that Gladstone really likes to design their company's to pay monthly dividends so I am thinking I may buy into the GLAD company as well. I am still reading up on the BDC type of stock. Anyway, thanks for your comment because they help new investors like me.

A lot of the writers here on SA seem to think Gladstone is a bad company but I like the history of paying stead monthly dividends.
