T-Mobile's CEO doesn't want WeWork gig - CNBC
- T-Mobile (NASDAQ:TMUS) CEO John Legere doesn't want the job leading WeWork (WE), according to CNBC sources. Reports earlier this week said Legere was in talks for the position.
- Legere has no plans to leave T-Mobile, which is waiting for its merger with Sprint to close.
- WeWork majority holder SoftBank (OTCPK:SFTBF,OTCPK:SFTBY) is reportedly considering several people for the CEO spot. Sources say Legere was never a front runner.
- SoftBank is also the controlling shareholder of Sprint.
