- The company will redeem C$550M in 3.309% notes due November 2021, and $138.9M in 3.95% notes due September 2021.
- The loonie-denominated notes will have a total redemption price of C$1,030.76 per C$1,000 principal.
- Redemption price on the U.S. dollar-denominated notes will come at a later date.
