"Microsoft takes court action against fourth nation-state cybercrime group," reads a blog post from the company.

The court order will allow the tech giant to take control of 50 websites that a North Korea-linked hacking group was using to carry out cyberattacks via a technique known as spear phishing.

Thallium's targets included government employees, think tanks, university staff and individuals working on nuclear proliferation issues, according to Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT).
