Axalta Coating Systems (NYSE:AXTA) shares drop 3.2% in after-hours trading after Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.B) (NYSE:BRK.A) discloses that it sold 534,959 shares of AXTA at an average price of $22.6266 per share on Sept. 9, 2020.
After the sale, Berkshire has indirect ownership of 23.5M AXTA shares, according to the filing.
