Hertz Global names new finance chief

  • Hertz Global (HTZ +1.7%) appoints Kenny K. Cheung as CFO, effective September 24, 2020. He has been recently promoted to Executive VP of Finance, Chief Operational Finance and Restructuring Officer.
  • He succeeds R. Eric Esper, who has resigned to pursue a new opportunity and will remain with Hertz as Chief Accounting Officer until November 1, 2020.
  • Previously, Mr. Cheung served as senior VP of Global Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO of North America at Hertz.
