- The cruise companies are all nicely higher as the CDC announces plans to let its no-cruise order expire. It's not clear-sailing, as cruise companies will have to jump through a number of safety-related hoops, and social-distancing will be required for passengers.

- Also gaining on the news are airlines like Delta (NYSE:DAL), American (NASDAQ:AAL), United (NASDAQ:UAL), Southwest (NYSE:LUV), Alaska Air (NYSE:ALK). Some are in the green and some marginally red, but all have moved well off of session lows.
- There's also been a modest bounce in the price of crude oil (CL1:COM), now lower by just 1.4% for the day.
