B. Riley Financial prices $200M of senior notes due 2028

• B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ:RILY) has priced public offering of $200M of 6.00% senior notes due 2028.
• Underwriters' granted an option to purchase additional $30M of senior notes.
• Offering is expected to close on January 25.
• The company expects to use the net proceeds in excess of $50M from the sale of the notes for the redemption of all or a portion of its existing 7.50% senior notes due 2027 as soon as practicable and the remaining for general corporate purposes.
