Finra will make records of its sanctions against brokers permanently public starting Nov. 30 at its BrokerCheck site. The records previously were made private two years after brokers left the industry; now they'll stick around and include any final suspensions and fines. The regulator is one of many trying to preserve power with changes on the horizon.
