  • The union vote count for Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) fulfillment center workers in Bessemer, Alabama, has entered its second day.
  • At the end of counting yesterday, the tally stood at 463 for and 1,100 against. There were 3,215 ballots cast and about 500 contested ballots, which will only be dealt with if the vote margin is close enough for those votes to be the deciding factor.
  • The National Labor Relations Board won't reveal the exact number of contested ballots until the vote count is completed.
  • Yesterday, the NLRB called out Amazon's campaign against the union vote, saying "our system is broken" and that "Amazon took full advantage of that."
