- Netflix (NFLX +0.4%) shares jumped to a session high with the launch of "Netflix.shop," an e-commerce extension of its streaming site to sell curated collections of related products.
- "Netflix.shop will drop exclusive limited editions of carefully selected high-quality apparel and lifestyle products tied to our shows and brand on a regular basis," the company says.
- It's starting with streetwear and action figures based on anime series Yasuke and Eden, and some limited edition apparel and decor inspired by French series Lupin.
- But it says "keep an eye out for exclusive products from beloved titles like The Witcher and Stranger Things," along with Netflix logo-wear.
