The bankruptcy administrator for Lehman Bros. International, the defunct U.S. bank's foreign arm, proposed a plan that would return about $11B in assets which have been tied up in bankruptcy court to creditors. If 90% of creditors support the plan in a vote on Wednesday, PricewaterhouseCoopers will be able to give them their money back.
