MEI Pharma raises $45.5M capital via stock offering

MEI Pharma (NASDAQ:MEIP) has priced the public offering of 17.5M shares of its common stock at $2.60/share for total gross proceeds of $45.5M.
Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 2.625M shares.
Net proceeds will be used for progress of clinical development programs, commercial launch of zandelisib, and for other general corporate purposes.
Closing date is December 6, 2021.
Shares down 2.2% after-hours. Yesterday's close was $3.03.
