PAO Group acquires cannabis extraction license from Puration

• PAO Group (OTCPK:PAOG) completes the acquisition of an exclusive license to a patented cannabis extraction process from Puration (OTCPK:PURA).
• PAOG and PURA are partnering on the development of CBD infused products to be marketed under the Farmersville Hemp brand name.
• The company says the license has been acquired in exchange for a royalty to be received by PURA.
