The National Football League and National Hockey League will postpone several weekend games because of COVID-19 cases among players, reports CNBC.
The NHL posted on Twitter confirming that games for the Calgary Flames, Colorado Avalanche, and Florida Panthers will be pushed back through at least Dec. 23 after COVID outbreaks among team players.
The NFL has not yet confirmed that it will reschedule any games, but multiple sources suggest that some games, including the Browns vs. Raiders and Seahawks vs. Rams could be push back to later in the week.
Over 100 NFL players have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last week.
