ParkerVision director plans to repurchase shares

• ParkerVision (OTC:PRKR) director Paul Rosenbaum plans to purchase shares for replacing shares being sold for 2021 year-end tax purposes.
• "For personal tax purposes, I expect to sell ~100K shares of my ParkerVision holdings by year-end 2021. However, I plan to increase my ParkerVision holdings back to previous levels once I am able to do so within ParkerVision's insider trading policy," Mr. Rosenbaum commented.
