Installed Building Products acquires Pisgah Insulation and Fireplaces; terms undisclosed

• Installed Building Products (NYSE:IBP) has acquired Mills River, North Carolina-based Pisgah Insulation and Fireplaces.
• Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
• Established in 2001, Pisgah primarily installs spray foam insulation, fiberglass insulation, and fireplaces into new residential homes in the Asheville, North Carolina market.
• IBP CEO Jeff Edwards stated, "With approximately $8.5 million of annual revenue, Pisgah expands our presence in North Carolina."
• IBP reported its Q4 results last week.
