• Proterra press release (NASDAQ:PTRA): Q4 GAAP EPS of -$0.43 misses by $0.25.
• Revenue of $68.41M (+26.4% Y/Y) misses by $2.78M.
• Shares +2%.
• Based on our current outlook for supply chain and battery capacity expansion, we expect total revenue to grow between 24% and 34% Y/Y to a range of $300 million to $325 million in FY2022, as Proterra Powered & Energy revenue is expected to more than double to above $100 million.

Why doesn't Proterra raise prices?
Gross margins < 5% is not a good look and shows no signs of improvement.

Lots of partnerships and logos in the slides. The technology seems to work and is in demand by paying customers. They are production constrained, not demand constrained given the large backlog. So... charge more (pun intended).

@sapient the elephant in the room is BYD ....their main competitor. Things may change once their 2nd factory comes on line later this year. As of now the stock is sinking ...down over 10% after hours!!! ... I however, believe they may have a future provided the current administration back electrification and local manufacturing.

At this point of time, administration is the one supporting stock. Numbers are still low. I thought, we banned BYD selling electric buses in USA.
